With the system now functionally complete, focus shifted to the user experience. From the outset, usability had been identified as a critical factor in the platform’s success, prompting the company to engage a specialist partner it had worked with on several previous projects.

The brief was deliberately ambitious: to design an interface so intuitive that it could be used with minimal instruction. With the challenge set, development of the user experience began.
