What it is

Every Hyperlight quote can now be printed as a clean, easy-to-read report. It’s designed for paper, so it’s clearly laid out and ready to file, share or keep alongside your other records.

Why we built it

Hyperlight’s quotes were built for the screen, but plenty of our customers still keep physical records and file quotes on paper. Printing straight from the screen didn’t give a clean result, so we created a dedicated quote report that does.

How to use it

1. Open your quote in Hyperlight.
2. Click “Print Quote” at the top of the screen.
3. Print or save it. The report opens in a print-ready layout, ready to send to your printer.

Good to know

• What’s included. Each report shows your shipping address, the price, the lead time and a detailed list of the parts on the quote. That’s everything you need to file it, share it or pass it on for approval.
• Saving a digital copy. If you’d rather keep a digital record, most browsers let you choose “Save as PDF” in the print window.
